Elliott Curtis is from Waterloo, Ontario, where he grew up playing for the Waterloo Tigers.  In 2011, Elliott was named the ICBA Junior Player of the Year, prior to moving on to the Ontario Terriers Organization.  While in high school, Elliott was selected to play in Tournament 12 twice, and was named to the All-Tournament Team at the 2014 Oklahoma Junior Sunbelt tournament as an underage player. 

Following Elliott’s Freshman College season at NCAA Division 1 Middle Tennessee State University, Elliott transferred to Columbia State Community College in Columbia, Tennessee. In 50 games played, Elliott batted .379 with 11 homeruns, 15 doubles, 64 RBIs and stole 24 bases in 25 attempts, resulting in him being named an All-Conference Second Baseman for Division 1 Tennessee Junior Colleges.  This performance earned him a spot at the SEC’s University of Kentucky.  In 2019, he predominately hit 3rd in the lineup for the Wildcats, leading the offense with a .286 batting average against top-25 ranked Division 1 opponents as well as batting .309 in SEC play. 

His senior year at Kentucky in 2020 was cut short due to a season ending injury, followed by the Covid Pandemic.  Despite this, Elliott was named to the SEC Honor Roll and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  Unable to return to college baseball due to the injury, Elliott made the jump to professional baseball playing two seasons in the Frontier League, first with Equipe Quebec in 2021 and with Les Aigles de Trois-Rivieres in 2022.

In the winter of 2022, Elliott spent 5 months in Perth, Australia, playing for the Melville Braves in the Western Australia State League, where he was also the head coach of the 15U Melville Braves. 

Elliott is passionate about the growth and development of young players, drawing from his own experience in college and professional baseball to help those players be the best that they can be.
