Our Leaders
Dallas Kipfer, a respected softball coach and a member of the Team Canada National Team Program, brings elite-level insight to every athlete. Born and raised in Kitchener, he now runs D.K. Softball, a high-performance training program with a proven track record of developing top-tier talent from aspiring young players to NCAA Division 1 competitors.
Dallas comes with a plethora of experience, including involvement as either a coach or player with:
- Team Canada (2015-2025)
- Team Ontario
- NCAA Division I
- Grassroots Softball
Additionally, Dallas founded DK Softball in 2020 – a program aimed to offer specialized personal training with a proven track record of athletic growth and achievement. You can read more about DK Softball here!
Jaime Lever brings over a decade of elite baseball and softball coaching experience, including her role as former Minor League Hitting Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays. Currently the Director of Player Development for the Hamilton Cardinals, she is renowned for her data-driven, individualized approach that optimizes performance and develops athletes both technically and mentally.
Jaime’s extensive background includes but is not limited to:
- Toronto Blue Jays Minor League Hitting Coach (2022-2024)
- Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Operations R&D intern (2021-2022)
- Jays Care Foundation Youth Development (2019-2022)
