Dallas Kipfer is a respected softball coach and skills development specialist with years of experience training athletes at all levels of the game. As a member of the Team Canada National Team Program, he brings elite-level insight and expertise to every athlete he trains.
Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Dallas works full-time as a softball skills development coach, running high-performance training programs in the region. His coaching philosophy is built on fundamentals, advanced mechanics, and mental toughness, ensuring athletes develop both the technical skills and confidence needed to compete at the highest levels.
Dallas has been running his business, D.K. Softball, for five years. What started as a solo venture has grown into a successful program with six employees and a partnership with Rawlings Canada.
He has worked with National Team athletes, Team Ontario players, NCAA Division 1 competitors, and aspiring young athletes looking to elevate their game. His training sessions are carefully structured to meet the unique needs of each player.
Beyond individual development, Dallas is passionate about growing the game and fostering a strong community of athletes. His experience managing and operating training facilities has allowed him to create an environment where players can learn, train, and thrive.
