Luke was born in Cambridge, ON. He played professionally for the CBL and played 13 seasons for the IBL Panthers as one their top players during that time. Baker was the IBL League MVP (2002) and still holds the league record for most hits in a single season. He led the Panthers to two finals in 2018 & 2019 as Field Manager. During his time as a player/manager, Baker was a 7-time All-Star and won two IBL titles.

For 25 years, Baker has spent countless hours teaching, training and mentoring players from all ages and playing levels. His ability to communicate and adapt his training style to the individual or group’s needs, allows him to connect with players and get results. Baker’s strength lies in his strong understanding of fundamental principles and continuous desire to learn, improve, and keep the game fun. Developing complete baseball players is his passion.
