As a player Mark was selected as a Cambridge Cub to the first ICBA Junior Elite team versus Canadian Junior series, and then enjoyed success as a Junior Cambridge Bulldog. Mark has enjoyed success as a coach leading teams to ICBA Championships, multiple Baseball Ontario Championships, coaching on the staff of an ICBA AllStar team. Mark is a former Coach of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year, and developed the Panther Pipeline program for player development within KMBA.

A goal of Mark’s is to assemble the best staff possible in the Bearcats organization. Different Baseball experiences lead to different path’s taken for players to achieve their goals. This helps educate players and families, the different routes that can be taken to fulfill their dreams. The Bearcats have assembled one of the best up and coming Instructor staffs under Mark’s leadership. As a young program, we are excited for our first round of commitments moving into post-secondary baseball, and will continue to push our membership to the next level.
