We’re the BearCats, a developmental baseball program for top players from across mid-western Ontario, Our goal is to give these players the chance to showcase their talent at the highest levels of competition within the New Balance Future Stars Series. We’re dedicated to developing not just elite ballplayers, but elite individuals too.
As an organization, we strive to create an environment that fosters the growth of players to develop into high level athletes, students, teammates, and people. Our focus is to provide our athletes with the tools and opportunities to reach their goals and dreams. We support our teams and players to do great things and in return our players support the communities they were raised in. Our belief is that it is important to give back through volunteering and fundraising initiatives which we take part in throughout the year.

Our player development coordinators further strengthen our staff, bringing a diverse range of high-level experience from NJCAA D1 & D2, NCAA D1, professional and MiLB baseball, and the OUA. This blend of extensive playing careers and coaching expertise ensures our team offers a truly well-rounded approach to player development, covering all facets of the game.
